Enjoy riding once or twice a day and learning to take care of a horse. First time beginners to advance riders are welcome. There is always something new to learn.  Feel the special bond between horse and rider. Become a safe, confident, and responsible horse person. Meet other horse crazy kids!

How to Register for Summer Camp

​

1. Go to ECPro
👉 https://newportequestrian.ecpro.us/login

2. Create your account

3. Add your child or children

• Click My Account

• Select Manage Riders

• Click Add Rider and add each child who will be attending camp

4. Book

• Click My Account → Make a Booking

• Select your camp week

• Click on the camp start date for the week you want

• Click Show Availability

5. Choose Summer Camp - Under Activities, select Summer Camp 2026

6. Choose your booking option

• Select Whole Activity Course to book the full week

• Or select specific days if you are not booking the full week

7. Select your payment option - Choose your Payment Plan

8. Add to basket 

9. Repeat as needed - Add additional children or additional weeks.

10. Check out - Click on the Basket to complete checkout.

11. Print and fill out  Liability Waiver, and mail to Newport Equestrian Academy by June 1, 2026 

 

 

You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is complete. All participants must read and accept an Agreement of Release and Assumption of Risk prior to participating in any Newport Equestrian Academy activities. This form is included in the registration confirmation email, and it must be filled and signed for each participant prior to camp by June 1st, 2026 and mailed to Newport Equestrian Academy. Forms for riders under the age of 18, must be filled and signed by a parent or guardian.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING?

  • Bagged lunch

  • Favorite snack

  • Extra water

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?

  • Boots with a minimum 1" heel

  • Pants to ride in

  • Helmet (we will provide a helmet if you child doesn't own one)

  • OPTIONAL: Shorts and summer shoes to change into (For safety reasons, all shoes must cover toes. No sandals are allowed)
